Elora nearly smacked her face into the car window when she skidded to a stop. As it was, she was panting, worn from running as hard as she could to get to Ember. She yanked the door open. "He's... not... dead... he... won," she gasped.

Ember went rigid, she raised her hand to slap Elora, but just as quickly let her hand fall."Liar!"she screeched. Her whole body shook as she sobbed, her mate was gone. She had seen him die and there was nothing she could do to stop it.

Ember felt the soft intrusion, but instead if fighting it she welcomed it. Mine. she simply said
Dax gently tugged her into him, he wrapped her in his arms,"It will be alright. The prince is safe and now the prince and princess can get bonded now and well all be safe back home."he said and kissed her forehead, before he realsed her and headed for Aladasair."Home?"he asked simply.

Elora froze, not moving until Dax headed towards the Beta.
Alasdair gave Dax a curt nod as he went to place Cyprian's form in the backseat of the car he'd driven to the field.

Ember simply refused to leave her mates side. Nope, no way. Her touch was a constant as she waited for her mate to awake.
Dax tilted his head to Bryn and Elora,"C'mon ladies."he murmured, his voice curt. None of the softness that he had spoken to Elora.
Bryn smiled softly, but didn't obey the wolf. She instead went to stand by her new boss.

Elora flipped Dax off, walking towards Alasdair's car. Naturally, she wanted to be with Ember to offer comfort and support. Without hesitation, she hopped in the next to Ember and shut the door behind her.
Alasdair's wolf was pissed at Dax; he saw Bryn as his, and to have Dax interacting with Bryn made the wolf want to bite him.

Bryn laughed softly as a look of displeasure crossed Dax's features. She got in the front seat and smiled at Aladasair, before turning to Dax,"So what's up, lover boy?"she asked, peering through her lashes at him. Bryn may have been the shyer of the bunch, but she still was a troublemaker and she loved poking the bear.
